It’s officially winter in NYC and actually felt more like January this week than pre-Christmas weather – FREEZING! While I love the holidays, I’m pretty wimpy when it comes to the cold.  Just ordered some of these e-tip gloves so my hands don’t freeze every time I need to use my phone – genius!

One thing I love to do when it’s cold outside is to burrow up inside and read. Besides the pile of books on my nightstand (I’m never reading just one!), here are some interesting health articles I’ve been reading this week:
